Shipping policy
- DELIVERY OF GOODS AND PROVIDING THE PRODUCTS
- Delivery costs. The costs of delivery will be as displayed to you on our website before you commit to purchase a product.

Delivery service to UK. The delivery services for our products will be provided as follows:
Standard Delivery - Our standard delivery service is provided by Royal Mail. This service will aim to delivery your parcel within 3-5 days of your order. - Delivery service outside UK. For the delivery of products to customer outside the UK the product will also be sent by Royal Mail. International deliveries are likely to take an additional 2-3 days to be delivered.
- Delivery times appearing on the site are estimates and are to be used as a guide. We are not responsible for any delays caused including but not limited to any delay by destination customs clearance processes.
- During the order process you will be required to provide a contact number so that you may be sent updates or re-arrange delivery of your order with Royal Mail.
- We are not responsible for delays outside our control. If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control, then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take reasonable steps to minimise any effects of the delay. We will not be liable for delays caused by any events outside our control, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may cancel your order and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.
- If you are not at home when the product is delivered. Arrangements can be made with Royal Mail to leave parcels in another safe location or for example to leave your parcels with a neighbour. If no one is available at your address to take delivery and the products, we will leave you a note informing you of our delivery attempt and how to rearrange delivery or collect the products from a local depot.
- If you do not re-arrange delivery. If after a failed delivery to you, you do not re-arrange delivery or collect the products from a delivery depot we will contact you for further instructions and may charge you for storage costs and any further delivery costs. If, despite our reasonable efforts, we are unable to contact you or re-arrange delivery or collection we may end the contract and arrange for the products to be returned to our warehouse and a refund will then be processed to you for your order less any, delivery, storage and collection costs incurred by us (as applicable).
- When you become responsible for the goods. A product will be your responsibility from the time we deliver the product to the address you gave us.
- When you own goods. You own a product ordered from us from the later of (a) when we have received payment in full for such order, or (b) we deliver the product to you.
- What will happen if you do not give required information to us. We may need certain information from you so that we can supply the products to you, for example, your email address to confirm your order and a contact number that can be provided to the delivery service. This information will be requested at the time of placing your order. If you do not give us this information within a reasonable time of us asking for it, or if you give us incomplete or incorrect information, we may cancel your order. We will not be responsible for supplying the products late or not supplying any part of them if this is caused by you not giving us the required information within a reasonable time of us asking for it.
- Reasons we may suspend the supply of products to you. We may have to suspend the supply of a product to:
- deal with technical problems or make minor technical changes;
- update the product to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements;
- if we are out of stock for that product or making changes to the product as requested by you.
- Your rights if we suspend the supply of products. If we have to suspend the supply of products, we will notify you as soon as possible and will adjust the price of your order so that you do not pay for any products while they are suspended. If we are unable to supply the suspended product within 30 days of your order being made, we will refund any sums you have paid for the suspended product and you will be able to reorder the suspended product when the same becomes available.
